Equipment Introduction
The automated limited-type quenching production line is ideal for the micro-variant production of large-volume bearing rings and gear sleeves, significantly reducing initial machining allowances, boosting productivity, and lowering production costs. It is a heat treatment process for ring-shaped components with great potential for future development.
The production line mainly consists of a feeding station, a protective-atmosphere heating furnace, a primary cooling oil tank, an insulation chamber, a multi-station forming quenching press, a cleaning machine, a tempering furnace, and a control system, among other components.

 

Product features
By leveraging the stability principle of undercooled austenite and employing a pre-cooling process, the production cycle of limited-type press quenching is significantly shortened, resulting in high output and low operating costs. For bearing raceway products, annual production can reach up to 3 million units.
The product exhibits minimal quenching distortion, with high precision in dimensions such as tolerances, roundness, and flatness, thereby reducing the need for subsequent machining.
The quenching process offers excellent controllability, ensures stable product quality, and maintains a low defect rate.
It can achieve press forming of thin-walled components during the quenching process.
