The treatment line is high in automation level and consistency of quality of product. The complete quenching line is formed up by automatic loader, roller hearth heating furnace, fully automatic press quenching machine, oil blowing device, washing machine, parts stacking machine, tempering furnace, forced hot press, unloading device and control system.
