Centered on a roller hearth heating furnace, the production line adopts a continuous material conveying mode to integrally realize efficient sheet heating, rapid transfer, and precise stamping. It can stably produce high-strength, high-precision safety structural components for automotive bodies. In the new energy vehicle sector, it effectively addresses the bottleneck of excessive weight of large-capacity battery packs, meeting the dual development requirements of high strength and lightweight design for automobile bodies.

Compared with walking-beam hot stamping production lines, the roller hearth hot stamping line features a more compact structure, lower maintenance costs, and easier operation and maintenance.
Product Structure and Features
Taking high-temperature-resistant roller bars as the conveying medium, the steel sheets are laid flat on the rollers and continuously transported in the furnace chamber as the rollers rotate, being uniformly heated to an austenitic state. The sheets are then rapidly transferred to the press die by an automated mechanism, where stamping and quenching are completed in one step, enabling efficient manufacturing of high-strength steel components.
The production line adopts YAJIE proprietary split-type roller bar connection structure with a quick-release design, allowing rapid roller replacement under high-temperature working conditions and greatly reducing maintenance difficulty. Meanwhile, it effectively reduces thermal short-circuiting with remarkable energy-saving effects.
The furnace body is divided into multiple independent temperature control zones, including a preheating zone, a heating zone, and a soaking zone. The conventional furnace length ranges from 10 to 50 meters and above. A multi-layer structure design is also available to further save customers’ production space.
