Equipment introduction:
Automatic limited hardening production line is suitable for the production of small variation of bearing ring and gear sleeve in large quantities, which can significantly reduce the allowance of machine adding in the early stage, improve production efficiency and reduce production cost. It is a promising heat treatment process for ring parts.
The production line is mainly composed of feeding platform, protective atmosphere heating furnace, primary cooling oil tank, insulating chamber, multi-station limited quenching press, cleaning machine, tempering furnace, control system and so on.

 

Product features:
● 利Using the stability principle of supercooled austenite, the use of pre-cooling process, greatly shorten the speed of limited pressure quenching production process, high output, low operating cost. For bearing rings, the annual output can reach 3 million pieces.
● Small quenching deformation, high precision of dimensional tolerance, roundness, flatness and so on, reduce the late processing allowance;
● Quenching process has good controllability, stable product quality, low reject rate;
● Thin-wall parts can be pressed in the quenching process.
