Flame-retardant Flue Gas Purification System is suitable for purification of various kinds of industrial gases, especially oily soot or various harmful gasses. The equipment is widely used in heat treatment industry and other industries where oil soot is liable to be produced. The equipment operates with a multiple of separation technologies to ensure the gas emission is up to the specified standard. It proves to be a re-generation and upgraded ideal exhaust gas, soot and dust purifying product.

The purification equipment had been granted a state patent, and in 2014, it passed the technical appraisal made by China Heat Treatment Association and was highly commended.

Structural design & special features:

● On the far end of the exhaust gas pipe, a primary atomizer is fitted. Due to the long-term presence of water mist in pipe and the reduced accumulation of greasy silth on inner wall of pipe, the fire ignition hazard in pipe is utterly eliminated.

● As the concentration of soot and dust in workshop is lowered down to the permissible level specified by environmental protection standard for the concentration of harmful matters in workshop, the working condition in workshop is optimized, beneficial to the physical and mental health of operators.

● The concentration in of soot and dust of purified gas is much below the level specified by the state gas emission standard. Reduction of emission of pollutants and environmental pollution is an unswerving social responsibility of an enterprise
● It is much lower in operating cost because only water is used as the medium for dust removal.

● A turnkey job can be made by TYMC through assuming the full responsibility for equipment design, engineering, commissioning, and acceptance, so as to lighten the load of user.

● For the open quenching tank such as pit furnace,different smoke collection methods are available.
