Major equipment put into operation at the public service platform for thermal processing technology research
Recently, the key equipment for the heat treatment process research service platform, which received an investment of over 10 million, has been unveiled. -- The 1800mm bearing heat treatment and ADI process research & validation production line has been put into operation at Yaje (Wuxi) Thermal Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. This production line can handle a maximum processing diameter of 1800mm and a height of 650mm, enabling the research, validation, and mass production of various heat treatment processes for wind turbine bearings, including carbonitriding, martensitic & bainitic salt-bath isothermal quenching, and ADI. At the same time, this production line Highly automated and fully equipped, the production process boasts exceptional flexibility, enabling rapid switching between various heat treatment processes while ensuring stable and full-capacity output.
