Nangao Gear Group Completes Final Acceptance of Multiple Heat Treatment Production Lines
In 2023, Yaje Technology provided NanGao Gear High-Speed Gear Manufacturing Co., Ltd. with multiple heat treatment production lines, including an automatic tempering line, an 1100-roll bar quenching line, a 2500-well-type nitriding line, and a 4000-well-type nitriding line.
All equipment has undergone standardized safety upgrades and optimizations for the product, based on FMEA and risk assessments. Notably, the "roller bar quenching production line" features a closed-loop quenching system, effectively addressing the oil-smoke issue associated with large gear quenching and significantly reducing fire hazards. Additionally, all equipment is integrated into an intelligent thermal treatment equipment management platform.
As of December 2023, all the aforementioned equipment has completed production verification and final acceptance, providing essential equipment support and services for the South High Gear Group's capacity upgrade, thereby contributing to the development of China's wind power industry.
