On August 19, 2025, the "Technical Exchange and New Product Launch Event for the Flexible Heat Treatment Production Line Featuring Large Bearings, Roller Bottom Furnace, and Salt Bath," produced and manufactured by Yaje Technology and put into operation by Zhouyan Technology, was grandly held in Luoyang, the ancient capital of thirteen dynasties. During the conference, the China Bearing Industry Association Zhou Yu Chairman, China Heat Treatment Industry Association Tong Xiaohui Supervisor Chairperson, and from Henan University of Science and Technology 、 Schaeffler Group 、 Renben Group 、 WaZhou 、 Sai Ai Si Industry experts from various organizations and enterprise representatives gathered together to jointly witness this technological breakthrough in the heat treatment field, and collectively discuss new pathways for high-quality development in the industry.
As the core achievement of this launch event, the large-scale bearing roll-bottom furnace salt-bath flexible heat treatment production line boasts several key technological advantages, including multi-process flexible machining, intelligent precision control, and highly efficient, eco-friendly heat treatment production. Breaking through the limitations of traditional heat treatment processes, this equipment enables continuous martensitic quenching, tempering, bainitic isothermal treatment, and ADI isothermal processing—encompassing a wide range of critical components such as large bearings with diameters up to 2 meters, as well as extending to major parts like large gears and ductile iron machine frames. As a result, production efficiency has been significantly enhanced, while energy consumption per unit product has plummeted compared to previous levels. Moreover, environmental pollution at the production site has been virtually eliminated, marking a new milestone in China’s advancement toward the localization of high-end heat treatment equipment.
During the technical seminar session, Dean Gu from the School of Materials Science and Engineering at Henan University of Science and Technology, drawing on his experience in industry-academia-research collaboration, thoroughly analyzed the mechanisms by which heat treatment processes influence material properties. Meanwhile, customer representatives from Schaeffler, Renben Group, Wafangdian Bearing Group, and Seals Technologies, among others, offered constructive insights from the perspective of end-users, focusing on equipment stability and process repeatability. Attendees—leading experts—unanimously agreed that, with the advancement of the "Dual Carbon" strategy, the heat treatment industry is accelerating its transformation toward greener, more precise, and intelligent practices. They emphasized that deepening the integration of industry, academia, research, and application will be the key to breaking through current challenges.
The press conference specially included a live tour of the production line, allowing attendees to directly observe the equipment in operation. As the organizer of this event, Zhouyan Technology earned praise for its open approach of "zero-distance experience + immersive interaction."
The successful hosting of this press conference not only established an efficient platform for connecting the upstream and downstream sectors of the heat treatment industry chain, but also forged a collective momentum to drive high-quality industry development, all anchored by technological innovation.
