Yajie Technology has won the general contracting order for heat treatment equipment for the Hengrun Transmission Wind Power Project.
Recently, Yajie Technology (Tangshan) Co., Ltd. officially signed a turnkey contract for heat treatment equipment with Jiangyin Hengrun Transmission Technology Co., Ltd. Under the agreement, Yajie Technology will provide a comprehensive, integrated solution—including core equipment—for the entire heat treatment production line of Hengrun Transmission’s “2,000-set-per-year wind turbine gearbox component project,” which involves a total investment of 1.2 billion yuan.
According to the agreement, Yajie Technology will provide a one-stop service—from production line planning and equipment integration to commissioning and achieving operational effectiveness—supplying 25 units of high-precision heat treatment equipment, including 12 shaft-type carburizing furnaces, 6 shaft-type nitriding furnaces, 4 shaft-type high- and low-temperature tempering furnaces, and 3 shaft-type slow-cooling furnaces. Currently, the equipment procurement contract has officially come into effect, and the project has entered the implementation phase.
