Tangshan Yajie Machinery Co., Ltd. Supports China's Heat Treatment Upgrade and Transformation
From May 8 to 10, 2017, the "MIIT Key Energy-Saving Heat Treatment Equipment Recommendation Catalog Launch Event and China Heat Treatment Industry Innovation & Development Forum," jointly hosted by the China Machinery Industry Energy Conservation Center, the China Heat Treatment Industry Association, and the People's Government of Lubei District, Tangshan City, was held at the Shangri-La Hotel in Tangshan.
At the meeting, the organizer announced the list of energy-saving heat treatment products selected for the MIIT's "Recommended Catalogue of Energy-Efficient Mechanical and Electrical Equipment (Products) – 7th Batch," and highlighted our company's newly developed, eco-friendly, energy-efficient salt-bath roller-bar furnace heat treatment production line.
Tong Xiaohui, Chairman of the China Heat Treatment Industry Association, Li Zhenqing, Chief Engineer of the Energy Conservation Center for the Machinery Industry, Zhang Huatang, Dean of the Hebei Tsinghua Development Research Institute, Zhou Yu, Vice Chairman of the China Bearing Association, and Lei Jianzhong, Director of the Materials Professional Committee under the Technical Committee of the China Bearing Association—along with other distinguished experts and scholars—attended this forum despite their busy schedules. They delivered insightful speeches on topics such as energy-saving and environmentally friendly technologies in heat treatment equipment, intelligent manufacturing, coordinated development among Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei, and industrial transformation. Additionally, they jointly recommended several of our company’s energy-efficient and eco-friendly products.

Compared to similar internationally popular equipment, this system delivers energy savings of up to 40%, offering substantial benefits to our customers. In terms of environmental performance, the equipment comes equipped with a reliable salt-recovery system, enabling closed-loop control for residual salt recovery while ensuring zero emissions and zero pollution. This fully meets today’s stringent national environmental regulations, making it a revolutionary product that is set to transform and upgrade the protective-atmosphere heating and quenching industry. The successful introduction and widespread adoption of this product have already yielded remarkable economic and social benefits, thanks to its exceptional energy efficiency and eco-friendly features.
During the conference, our company also introduced to all attendees our internationally advanced isothermal annealing technology with waste heat recovery, the first domestically developed disc-spring quenching and tempering equipment, a fully automatic quenching press for large bearing rings, as well as an internationally leading fire-resistant flue gas purifier—along with other cutting-edge R&D achievements and proven products. These offerings have earned widespread recognition within the industry.
At this conference, Chen Zhenmin, our company’s Director of Electrical Technology, delivered a special report titled "Thermal Treatment Equipment Operation and Maintenance Platform Powered by Internet Plus," comprehensively presenting the latest research findings in integrating the internet with equipment.
