Yajie Technology – Science and Technology Achievement Evaluation Meeting & Press Conference Successfully Held
From April 26 to 27, Yajie Technology (Tangshan) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Yajie Technology) entrusted the Heat Treatment Industry Association, which organized experts to evaluate the company’s completed projects—including the "Precision-Controlled Rapid Cooling Isothermal Normalizing Equipment for Protective Atmosphere"—in Luzhou City, Sichuan Province. Following the evaluation, the association also held a ceremony to announce the scientific and technological achievements.
The Evaluation Committee first convened a meeting to assess the scientific and technological achievements of the "Atmosphere-Protective, Precise Temperature-Controlled, Rapid Cooling Isothermal Normalizing Equipment" project. After listening to the project completion unit's report, the committee experts engaged in a thorough Q&A session, during which the project team provided detailed responses. Following extensive discussion, the Evaluation Committee unanimously concluded that the project successfully applies infrared temperature measurement technology to real-time control of the cooling process, complemented by an innovative rapid-cooling method that precisely regulates both cooling air volume and direction. This approach ensures uniform cooling rates across parts, significantly enhancing the evenness of temperature reduction. Additionally, the project developed a shared vacuum chamber for loading and unloading operations, enabling simultaneous completion of these two critical processes with just one air exchange. By integrating an energy-efficient heat-exchange chamber, the system further improves part surface quality while reducing energy consumption and operational costs. According to test results from inspection and testing organizations such as the Electric Furnace Quality Inspection and Testing Center, which conducted evaluations based on relevant standards, the equipment meets the Class II heating furnace standard for furnace temperature uniformity, as well as the Class I continuous furnace standards for surface temperature rise, temperature control accuracy, and no-load energy loss. Moreover, feedback from actual users confirms that the equipment fully satisfies product requirements and is capable of replacing imported alternatives. The Evaluation Committee believes the overall technology of this equipment has reached internationally advanced levels, delivering substantial economic and social benefits. Therefore, they recommend accelerating its widespread adoption across the industry.
Following the science and technology achievement evaluation meeting, the Heat Treatment Industry Association held a press conference to announce Yajie Technology's groundbreaking scientific and technological achievements. First, certificates were awarded to the organizations that completed the achievements and to the key contributors. Afterwards, Qi Shunyin, Chairman of Yajie Technology, provided an overview of the company’s mission, its development journey, core team, and technological innovations. Meanwhile, Tong Xiaohui, Director of the Heat Treatment Association Expert Committee and Supervisor, as well as Zhou Yu, President of the Bearing Industry Association, expressed their full recognition and high praise for the significance of this technological breakthrough, emphasizing that it will help foster new-quality productivity and drive the industry toward sustainable, high-quality growth.
