The Yajie Technology Science and Technology Achievement Evaluation Conference and Press Launch Event Was Successfully Held.
On March 26, Yajie Technology (Tangshan) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Yajie Technology) entrusted the China Heat Treatment Industry Association to organize experts who conducted a scientific and technological evaluation of the company's newly developed "Protective Atmosphere Unidirectional Emission Roller Hearth Furnace Salt Bath Quenching Heat Treatment Technology and Equipment" project in Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province. Following the evaluation, the company also held a formal announcement of the technological achievement.


On the morning of the 26th, accompanied by Qi Shunyin, Chairman of Yajie Technology, the Science and Technology Achievement Evaluation Committee visited the production workshop of Yajie (Wuxi) Thermal Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. They conducted a focused on-site inspection of the production line for the "Protective Atmosphere Unidirectional Emission-type Roller Hearth Furnace Salt Bath Quenching Heat Treatment Technology and Equipment" project, engaging in detailed discussions and gaining insights into its actual operation, product quality, production efficiency, safety and environmental protection measures, as well as ease of operation.



After on-site inspection and verification, the evaluation committee convened a meeting to assess the scientific and technological achievements of the "Protective Atmosphere Unidirectional Emission Roller Hearth Furnace Salt Bath Quenching Heat Treatment Technology and Equipment" project. Following a detailed report presented by the project’s implementing unit, committee experts engaged in a thorough Q&A session, during which the implementing unit provided clarifying responses. After careful discussion, the evaluation committee unanimously concluded that the project successfully developed vacuum gas-lock technology, which was applied for the first time in a roller-hearth furnace. This innovation reduced the oxygen content entering the furnace along with the workpieces by two orders of magnitude, resulting in a 40% reduction in carbon emissions and effectively minimizing surface defects. As a result, the project has established a high-performance, lightweight manufacturing process for near-net-shape高端 parts, significantly enhancing the quality of heat-treated components such as high-end bearings and gears. Additionally, the team developed flexible, modular control technologies that enable seamless integration of multiple heat treatment processes on a single production line, bringing the overall system up to internationally advanced standards. The project has demonstrated strong economic and social benefits, and the committee recommends accelerating its widespread adoption across the industry.

Following the science and technology achievement evaluation meeting, the China Heat Treatment Industry Association held a press conference to announce the technological breakthroughs of the "Protective Atmosphere Unidirectional Emission Roller Hearth Furnace Salt Bath Quenching Heat Treatment Technology and Equipment" project. Qi Shunyin, Chairman of Yajie Technology, first introduced the company’s mission, its development journey, core team, technological innovations, as well as the remarkable scientific and technological achievements in protective-atmosphere salt bath quenching heat treatment technology and equipment. Li Jingui, General Manager of Hebei Xintai Bearing Forging Co., Ltd., then provided a detailed explanation of these achievements from the perspective of end-user applications. Meanwhile, Tong Xiaohui, Director and Supervisor of the China Heat Treatment Association Expert Committee, and Zhou Yu, President of the China Bearing Industry Association, both expressed their full support and high praise for the significance of this technological innovation, emphasizing that it will help foster the development of new-quality productivity and drive the industry toward higher-quality growth.
