Yajie Technology’s “Protective Atmosphere Unidirectional Emission Type Roller Hearth Furnace” has been included in the National-Level Catalog of Recommended Energy-Saving and Carbon-Reduction Technologies.
On November 15, 2025, the public notice period for the “National Catalogue of Recommended Energy-Saving and Carbon-Reduction Technologies and Equipment in the Industrial and Information Technology Sectors (2025 Edition),” compiled by the Department of Energy Conservation and Comprehensive Utilization of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, officially came to an end. The “Protective Atmosphere Unidirectional Emission Type Roller Hearth Furnace,” independently developed by Yajie Technology (Tangshan) Co., Ltd., was successfully included in the catalogue.
This equipment features a furnace body made of nanoscale thermal insulation material. After loading is complete, the air inside the furnace chamber is evacuated by means of vacuum pumping, and then nitrogen gas is used to compensate for the pressure. As a result, there is no longer any need to use protective gases for purging or re-venting at the front of the furnace chamber. This achieves unidirectional gas emission, reducing the consumption of protective atmospheres by 40% compared to conventional equipment and lowering heat loss by 30%.
