Yajie Technology’s 300th roller-bed heat treatment production line has successfully rolled off the assembly line.
On September 26, 2025, the 300th roll-bed heat treatment production line, independently developed by Yajie Technology (Tangshan) Co., Ltd., successfully rolled off the assembly line. As a national “Little Giant” enterprise specializing in niche, specialized, and innovative products as well as a high-tech enterprise, Yajie Technology has been deeply engaged in the R&D of energy-saving and environmentally friendly heat treatment equipment for over 20 years. This milestone breakthrough further solidifies its leading market position in industries such as bearings and automotive components.
The roll-bottom heat treatment production line that has now been decommissioned is a flagship product of Yajie Technology. The vacuum gas-locking technology developed by the company—featuring a unidirectional gas discharge structure for continuous heating furnaces under protective atmospheres—reduces the oxygen content entering the furnace along with the workpieces by two orders of magnitude, cuts carbon-containing atmosphere consumption (and thus carbon emissions) by 40%, and minimizes fluctuations in carbon potential. As a result, surface defects such as free ferrite, surface decarburization, and intergranular oxidation are effectively controlled, enabling the development of a near-net-shape manufacturing process for high-performance, lightweight, high-end components and significantly enhancing the quality of heat-treated parts such as high-end bearings and gears. Moreover, its flexible and modular control technology allows for the implementation of various heat treatment processes, including protective-atmosphere heating, carbon-nitrogen co-diffusion, martensitic quenching, salt-bath bainitic isothermal quenching, austempered ductile iron isothermal quenching, and shape-constrained quenching. According to test results from testing institutions such as the National Electric Furnace Quality Inspection and Testing Center, which comply with relevant national standards including GB/T 9452 and GB/T 30839, the equipment’s furnace temperature uniformity meets the Class II heating furnace standard, while its surface temperature rise, temperature-control accuracy, and no-load power loss ratio all conform to the first-class standards for continuous furnaces. Overall, the technology has reached an internationally advanced level. User feedback confirms that the equipment fully satisfies product requirements and can serve as a viable substitute for imported counterparts.
In 2016, this equipment was included in the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s “Recommended Catalog of Energy-Saving Electromechanical Equipment (7th Batch)”; in 2022, it was recognized as a “Hebei Province Manufacturing Single-Champion Product.”
The successful rollout of the 300th production line not only highlights the company’s capability for technological iteration but also provides an efficient, low-carbon heat treatment solution for the high-end manufacturing sector.
