The technical launch event for the flexible heat treatment production line featuring a salt-bath furnace with roller hearth for large bearings was successfully held.
On August 19, 2025, the "Technical Exchange and New Product Launch Event for the Flexible Heat Treatment Production Line of Large Bearings in Roller-Bed Salt Baths," jointly developed and manufactured by Yajie Technology and put into production by Zhouyan Technology, was solemnly held in Luoyang, the ancient capital of thirteen dynasties. During the conference, the China Bearing Industry Association... Zhou Yu Chairman, China Heat Treatment Industry Association Tong Xiaohui Supervisor, and from Henan University of Science and Technology 、 Schaeffler Group 、 Renben Group 、 Wa Axis 、 Sai Ai Si Industry experts from various organizations and enterprise representatives gathered together to jointly witness this technological breakthrough in the heat treatment field and discuss new pathways for high-quality development of the industry.
As the core achievement of this launch event, the large-scale bearing roll-bed furnace salt-bath flexible heat treatment production line boasts key technological advantages, including multi-process flexible machining, intelligent and precise control, and flexible, efficient, and green heat treatment production. This equipment breaks through the limitations of traditional heat treatment processes, enabling continuous flexible heat treatment operations—including martensitic quenching, tempering, bainitic isothermal treatment, and ADI isothermal treatment—for large bearings with diameters up to 2 meters (and scalable to other critical components such as large gears and ductile iron frames). As a result, production efficiency has been significantly enhanced, energy consumption per unit product has dropped substantially year-on-year, and environmental pollution at the production site has been reduced to nearly zero.
During the technical seminar, Dean Gu from the School of Materials Science and Engineering at Henan University of Science and Technology, drawing on his experience in industry-academia-research collaboration, provided an in-depth analysis of the mechanisms by which heat treatment processes affect material properties. Representatives from customers including Schaeffler, Renben Group, Wafang, and SAE offered constructive feedback from the end-user perspective on equipment stability and process reproducibility.
The press conference featured a special on-site tour of the production line, allowing attendees to directly observe the operational status of the equipment. As the organizer of this event, Zhouryan Technology earned high praise for its open approach of “zero-distance experience + immersive communication.”
